Depositing at PokerStars

When depositing at PokerStars, poker players have several deposit options from which to choose.  The acceptable methods of deposits at PokerStars vary depending on the country from which the depositing player resides.  In more restrictive countries, such as the United States, PokerStars provides a selection of credit cards, e-checks and paper checks or money orders as acceptable means of deposit.  For less restrictive countries, there are an abundance of e-wallets and additional methods making depositing at PokerStars easy and convenient.

Regardless of where you are depositing at PokerStars from or how you plan to deposit at PokerStars, a player first needs to download the PokerStars client and open a PokerStars account.  Once a player has established a real money account and downloaded the PokerStars software, the depositing player should log into the PokerStars poker room and press the Cashier button, which is located on the bottom right hand side of the PokerStars lobby.  Once the depositing player has entered the PokerStars cashier screen, the player wishing to deposit at Stars should click “Buy Chips.”  It is in this deposit screen in which the player can select the method by which he intends to deposit.
